Just like many who have launched new ventures, the site began as a vision, a dream, tons of passion and creativity.
I'm a Physical Therapist by trade but an interior designer by heart. My dream is to travel
the world a la Samantha Brown chronicling the design & décor of
each destination. (Hey how come Andrew Zimmern can feature brain curry
in Delhi? Then I can narrate how camel bone mirrors in Morocco are
made). I love both the charm of a French cottage & the fresh feel
of an urban loft.
After
much soul-searching & reading several "Follow your bliss" books,
I decided to finally jump in. In September 2009, after 14 years in
Physical Therapy, I am now wholly embarking on this journey.
Exhilarating? Yes. Scary? Oh, most definitely. I'm working on my vision
piece by piece. I dream of a storefront with a courtyard featuring cafe
au lait & beignet Saturdays, exotic travels to faraway places, a
print catalog maybe. The vision is limitless! My goal is to share my
unique eye for beautiful pieces for the home. I hope you can join me in
the unfolding of my dreams...after all, it's all about sharing it!
